All rates quoted on this Web site are preliminary estimates.  Actual page rates will be based on the quality of writing, technical difficulty of the transcript, and the amount of audio listening required.  Notification of page rates will be provided as the work progresses if they are different from the originally quoted rate.

Initially, an invoice for scoping work will be emailed at the completion of each job. Payment is due within 10 days of receipt of invoice and can be remitted by check or PayPal.  

After a working relationship has been established, combined invoicing will be sent the 1st and 15th of each month with payment due within 15 days.

Any account balance that is more than 30 days past due will incur a late fee of 10 percent per month unless previous arrangements for payment have been made.  Account balances over 90 days past due will be submitted for recovery action.
